Real life story today – I have woken up feeling completely MEH.
Don’t want to do anything.
And I thought it would be a really great exercise to start our filming day talking about this.
I know it happens.
It happens to me too – not as frequently as it used too – but it still happens.
And I know it happens for a lot of people – you included, right?
The past version of me would have cancelled everything and thought, ‘you know what, I don’t want to do anything today.’
Sometimes I might still do that if I know I am totally exhausted, but today I know it’s actually just a mental thing and I know that I can flip that around.
So I wanted to share a few things that I personally do to help me get out of my funk because I want to help you to get out of your funk when they come knocking on your door.
The first thing I do is come back to why I decided to do what it is that I’m doing – come back to my why to keep me motivated.
The next thing is that I know for myself, in order to make myself feel better – I love to make someone else feel better!
Another thing I like to do is pull cards from one of my many oracle or tarot decks – the messages always make me feel good.
