A question I like to ask myself when starting a new marketing campaign or posting to Facebook or creating a new video or blog is:

What do people want to see from me?
What do your fans want to see from you on Facebook to encourage them to interact with you?

Rather than: What do I want to show them? (Which is how most business owners think).

If you really want to be successful in business and on Facebook, you need to take yourself out of your own head sometimes and focus on what the marketplace actually wants from you, not just what you want them to want. It often isn’t the same thing.
