This is why your customers aren’t coming back.

If you want people to want to come back to your business more often…

You’ve got to make sure that you and your team are actually people that your clients want to be around.
.
They come initially for the result they want…
.
But they come back (or not) depending on how you make them feel.
.
If you or your team are ever bitching or complaining about clients behind their backs… it’s kind of unrealistic to expect them to want to return to your business if you are not genuinely grateful for them.
.
Your clients want to feel like you care about them, like you have their best interests at heart, and like they are an important and valued person.
.
If you can’t do that, for real, not just by trying to fake it in order to make more money…
.
Then you probably don’t deserve to have them coming back anyway and you will forever be chasing new ones wondering why people don’t return.
