I wish this idea would have presented itself to me years ago. It’s so simple. I did buy a whiteboard specifically for this purpose, but I couldn’t be bothered to keep getting up and down and changing it at the speed that I work.
I already track most of my business data, systems and progress in google sheets so why don’t I just create one for ALL THE THINGS? And colour code it with what’s most important and what’s not?
