In order for someone to become a client of yours, they need to KNOW you, LIKE you and TRUST you.
You may have heard this before, but what does it actually mean??

KNOW = they are aware that you exist, but more than that, they need to feel like they actually know your business, your brand, your personality and what you’re all about.
This is why it’s so important to put some of YOU into the brand.
Even if it’s not your face. It can be your sense of humour, your intellect, your opinions, your passions, your stories, and even rants on specific topics that frustrate you and that your audience can relate to…
You need to allow people to actually get to know your business and what it’s all about.

LIKE = After they have been exposed to who you are, what you represent, and they feel like they know you, they then will decide whether or not they like you.
If they like you, they will usually start engaging with your content, liking and commenting on your posts, joining your group if you have one, and maybe even contacting you for info or to make a purchase.

TRUST = They will only trust you once they have done business with you or gotten some form of results from you.
Once they trust you, they are far more likely to buy from you again, and recommend others to you, so make sure you look after them during / after the trust stage too .
